Artwork arrives. We separate the plates, calibrate the colour, agree the Pantones with you, and lock the proof. Nothing reaches the press without your signature on the proof.
The Komori Enthrone 429 fires up. Four-colour offset, ink density measured every hundred sheets, registration tolerances within one-tenth of a millimetre. Tags come off the press dry, crisp, and stacked.
Die-cut to shape. Foil, deboss, lamination, eyelet, stringing — whatever the design calls for, applied by hand on our floor. Each finish is signed off against the proof before kitting.
